Hi, I’m Genesis. Here are some tips and to do list for beginners in doing a Yoga, We have Mountain Pose, Downward Facing Dog, Tree Pose, Triangle, Crescent Moon and Upward Dog, so all of this are good to our body. Each Yoga steps do it in Ten times. Do it in everyday to have a strong muscles.

On the other hand, we need also to have a exercise or Yoga because it’s improves our strength, balance, and flexibility, helps with back pain relief, it can ease arthritis symptoms and etc.
